Tina Davies Thick Shading Solution 15ml

Perma Blend Shading Solution is designed to dilute pigments.  For machine work or microblading shading, add 50–70% Shading Solution to your base colour and mix thoroughly before use.

Perma Blend is a leading brand in permanent make-up and micropigmentation pigments, recognised for its vibrant colours and consistent results. The pigments are stable, easy to apply and have been tested and approved by the German CTL laboratory. Perma Blend pigments can also be mixed together to create customised shades.
