Perma Blend Ebony from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a dark brown pigment with a yellow base. It is suitable for clients with caramel, dark brown and brown-black skin tones. Ebony can also be used to neutralise unwanted orange, red and green tones.
