Perma Blend Dark Brown from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a dark brown pigment with an orange base. It is suitable for clients with fair, beige, olive or caramel skin tones, creating a more defined brow look. Dark Brown can also be used to neutralise unwanted orange, red and green tones.

Perma Blend is a leading brand in permanent make-up and micropigmentation pigments, recognised for its vibrant colours and consistent results.
