Perma Blend Blonde from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a light taupe pigment with a yellow base. It is ideal for clients with fair or pink skin tones, creating a soft, natural-looking brow finish. Blonde can also be used to neutralise unwanted orange, red, green and purple tones.

Perma Blend is a leading brand in permanent make-up and micropigmentation pigments, recognised for its vibrant colours and consistent results. The pigments are stable, easy to apply and have been tested and approved by the German CTL laboratory. Perma Blend pigments can also be mixed together to create customised shades.
