LOCAL PICKUP
If you would like to come collect your order from our warehouse, select the Pick up option at checkout. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email for proof of payment. We'll then notify you by email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 1-2 hours, stock permitting).Pick up is available between 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- In line with Royal Mail’s updated terms and conditions, Second Class parcels will no longer be delivered on weekends.
- Orders must be placed before 2:00pm for same-day dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
- Royal Mail orders over £60 will be automatically upgraded to a signature service.
- Orders placed after 2:30pm on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
