L'Oreal Professionnel Purifying Cleansing Gel 400ml is a hydro-alcoholic gel is made with effective levels of ethanol as quoted by the Public Health UK, The European Centre for disease control as well as the US CDC.
The percentage of alcohol used in our formulations was based on the government guidelines and those from the CDC (Centre of Disease Control) on the effective level of Alcohol to kill bacteria and viruses.
